Boxberry сменил владельца и получил новые технологии доставки

Службу доставки ждёт масштабная интеграция и расширение в регионы

Yandex has announced the acquisition of the Boxberry delivery service, which will strengthen its presence in the regions of Russia.

The amount of the deal is not disclosed, but experts estimate it to be in the range of 300 million to 2 billion rubles. The integration of services is planned before the end of 2025, and the Boxberry team will continue to work as part of Yandex.

Boxberry, founded in 2010, has a network of 4,000 order pick-up points (POP) throughout the country. After the integration is completed, service clients will have access to Yandex's logistics technologies, including express delivery within a day and an expanded network of 14,000 POPs. Special focus will be made on Siberia and the Far East, where Yandex previously did not have sufficient coverage.

The acquisition of Boxberry strengthens Yandex's position in the competition with Wildberries, Ozon, and SberMarket. Expanding the network to 20 new regions will speed up delivery to remote areas.
