Russia has developed an innovative drone control system kamikaze drones "Orbita", allowing to direct the drone to the target, being a thousand kilometers away. Details of the testing of the novelty were published by @rian_ru.

The footage shows the strike itself, as well as the work of drone operators. The UAV crew from the Yarom brigade prepared the drone for departure, in the future it was controlled by an operator from Moscow.

The drone flew more than 11 kilometers from the take-off point to the target and successfully hit it, and it was controlled at a distance of more than a thousand kilometers.

The developers of "Orbita" said that the new system will allow drones to strike from anywhere in the world, while operators will be safe.
