Designed at Stalin's Request: 1938 Soviet ZIS-101 Limousine for Sale in Novosibirsk

In its 87 years, the car has barely been driven – the odometer reads only 100 km

A unique ZIS-101 car has appeared for sale in Novosibirsk. The rare 1938 car has hardly been used and has only traveled 100 km.

The car has been completely restored. The ZIS-101 is equipped with a 5.8-liter eight-cylinder engine with 110 hp and a manual transmission. The interior is made of high-quality materials in light colors.

The first Soviet party limousine was created on the initiative of Stalin in 1936. The production of cars continued until 1941.

In 1937, the car took part in an international exhibition in Paris. Later, the car was used at the front during the Great Patriotic War.
