The new project at the production facilities of the Avtotor plant in Kaliningrad will be the assembly of Jetour X70 Plus crossovers.
This became possible after the modernization of the plant and the launch of a new robotic body welding line, designed to produce up to 80,000 cars per year.
Jetour X70 Plus is a mid-size crossover with a spacious interior, aimed at family buyers. It is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbo engine (156 hp) and a 6-speed robotic transmission. The length of the car is 4749 mm, the wheelbase is 2745 mm.
The cooperation between Avtotor and Jetour is designed until 2028, with a gradual increase in the share of localized components.
