Innovative "Trident of Retribution" Fighter Drone with Tentacles Featured in Video for the First Time

Drone entangles the carrying rotors of enemy UAVs

Russian military forces have used the "Trident of Retribution" fighter drone for the first time. Footage has appeared on social networks.

The "Trident" design is simple: a wooden three-pronged fork, reinforced with adhesive tape at the points of contact, is attached to a regular drone. With it, the FPV drone resembles a squid flying with its tentacles forward.

After detecting an enemy UAV, the drone approaches it and sticks the trident into the carrying rotors, after which it somersaults and falls. The Russian drone, barely swaying, straightens out and continues hunting.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that Su-30SM2 fighters and Su-24M bombers practiced strikes against warships in the Baltic.
