According to data from the Downdetector.su service, complaints are coming from various regions of Russia, such as St. Petersburg, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, and Novosibirsk regions. 
Representatives of Yandex have confirmed the existence of problems and reported that the company's specialists are working to eliminate them.
The press service of Roskomnadzor clarified that the failure in Yandex's infrastructure led to problems in the operation of several of the company's services. A surge in user reports about problems in the operation of Yandex.Music, Yandex Go, and Yandex Pro services has been recorded. Since 15:15, RKN has been recording a decrease in the number of complaints.
