Уникальный ПТРК «Солист» дальностью до 10 км разработали в России: превосходит Javelin и Spike-MR

The missile is equipped with folding lattice rudders

A multi-purpose missile system (ATGM) "Solist", equipped with a tactical missile with a bispectral optoelectronic homing head (seeker), has been developed for the Russian military. This was reported by military expert Evgeny Damantsev.

The novelty was developed by specialists of the Kizlyar Electromechanical Plant (KEMZ). The enemy's armored vehicles are engaged from closed firing positions at a distance of up to 10 km.

The apogee of the ballistic trajectory of the "Solist" missile reaches 1700-2000 m with the possibility of continuous radio correction by the operator receiving an image of the target objects. The operator has the ability to retarget to a higher priority target on the march.

The missile is equipped with folding lattice rudders for placement in a compact launch container. In terms of kill efficiency, the "Solist" is comparable to the FGM-148 Javelin or Spike-MR, but has a conceptually new solution with regard to guidance and deployment on the battlefield. Thus, the "Solist" can be classified as a new type of multi-purpose ATGM.

The complex is also capable of operating in the "surface-to-air" mode, intercepting kamikaze drones "Lyuty" and A-22 Foxbat, as well as reconnaissance and strike helicopters of the enemy.

Earlier www1.ru reported that the omnidirectional kamikaze drone detector "Talisman DS 3000" was developed for the military.
