"Avito" has launched testing of a new temporary employment service "Avito Part-Time Job" (Avito Gig Solutions LLC).
The service will help business customers find temporary specialists to perform urgent tasks, and performers - to find part-time work with quick payment for completed tasks. The service is aimed at simplifying interaction between the two parties: customers who solve the problem of staff shortages, and performers who get the opportunity to flexibly plan their schedule and manage income.
"Avito Part-Time Job" is integrated with the latest version of the Avito mobile application, and in the future it is planned to expand to the web version of the site. Currently, the platform hosts shifts from major retailers in Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar and Nizhny Novgorod. Performers can choose shifts that are available until March 30.
All processes, including choosing a shift, signing up for it, confirming self-employment status, checking a medical book and receiving payment, take place online, which significantly speeds up and simplifies the entire process. Payment for completed work is received by performers within 24 hours after confirmation of completion of the shift by the customer. The service also compensates for the costs of medical books and provides bonuses to new users. The launch of insurance products for both parties is planned in the near future.
