The lawsuit was filed on March 6, and has not yet been accepted for consideration. The grounds for the claims have not yet been specified.

In the 1980s, NPO "Impulse" developed a communication system for the "nuclear briefcase" — a device storing codes for activating the nuclear arsenal of the USSR or Russia, held by the highest military and political leadership of the country. Currently, the company is also involved in the development of automated control systems.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense also filed a lawsuit in court against the manufacturer of air defense systems (ADS) PJSC "Scientific-Production Association (NPO) "Almaz" named after Academician A.A. Raspletin" for 111 million rubles.
