The Ural Automobile Plant is preparing to release a new generation of road trucks.
The new model features a cab from the Chinese factory Qixing. This manufacturer offers various cab modules for custom orders (short day cabs, extended long-haul cabs, and double-row options).
It is not yet known when Ural will begin mass production of these vehicles. However, the appearance of a prototype in public may indicate that the presentation of the new product will take place at the EXPO 2025 spring exhibition.
The current cab on Ural trucks is a licensed copy of the Italian Iveco TurboTech from 1981. But the manufacturer decided to completely change the cab module.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the production of Arktika all-terrain buses will be established at the Ural plant at the end of 2025.
