КамАЗ-54901 стал лидером по экономии топлива среди грузовиков

In tests on the M-11 highway, the flagship tractor outperformed Chinese models

The flagship fifth-generation KamAZ-54901 tractor, produced at the Kama Automobile Plant, demonstrated outstanding fuel efficiency results on the M-11 Neva highway. It outperformed its Chinese competitors.

KamAZ-54901

In an experiment covering almost 700 kilometers of the highway from Moscow to St. Petersburg, four vehicles with cargo from Wildberries participated: KamAZ-54901, its sibling KamAZ-54902, as well as Chinese models Shacman and Sitrak.

All vehicles successfully completed the route without breakdowns. Following the refueling, real fuel consumption figures were analyzed, rather than data from on-board computers, which may be inaccurate.

The results for average consumption per 100 kilometers were as follows:

▪️ KAMAZ-54901 – 25.2 liters; ▪️ Shacman – 25.4 liters; ▪️ KAMAZ-54902 – 26.1 liters; ▪️ Sitrak – 28.9 liters.

Thus, the fifth-generation KAMAZ became the leader in fuel efficiency among the tested trucks.
