Beeline Restored After Powerful DDoS Attack

The "Sboy.rf" service recorded more than 4,000 complaints about the failure

On February 26, the Beeline telecom operator faced a massive disruption in the operation of services due to a DDoS attack. Users from Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Krasnodar Territory and the Rostov Region reported problems with access to home Internet.

The company's press service confirmed the attack and assured that specialists promptly took measures to minimize the consequences and maintain the stable operation of services.

According to the "Sboy.rf" monitoring service, the peak of user requests occurred at 11:30 Moscow time, and by 13:00 Moscow time more than 4,000 complaints were recorded. To date, the operation of Beeline services has been restored and is functioning normally.
