The cause of the problem is still unknown, but the failure itself has already been fixed

A failure occurred in the Faster Payments System (FPS) on the evening of February 14.

Problems with the FPS service began at approximately 18:20 Moscow time. Complaints were received from clients of VTB, Sberbank, and other banks, who reported difficulties with transfers, payments, and access to the service.

According to Downdetector, the peak of complaints occurred at 19:00. By 20:52, more than 300 complaints about the service's operation had been received. The main problems included system failures, website issues, and mobile application problems.

The press service of the National Payment Card System (NSPK) reported that the problems with operations have already been resolved and the system is operating normally.
