A new function has appeared on the "Gosuslugi" portal - driver chats for anonymous communication with car owners. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia.
Now registered users can quickly inform other drivers about various situations - headlights on, windows open, alarm triggered, flat tire, car evacuation, or involvement in an accident.
To send a message, the user needs to know the car number. It is important that the owner's personal page on the portal contains data about the vehicle so that the notification reaches the addressee. The message will be anonymous, but if desired, the sender can indicate their location.
You can start a chat no more than once a day, and the number of messages is also limited - no more than five. This function is designed to improve interaction between drivers and improve road safety.
