A new remotely controlled unmanned mining device has been developed in Russia. With a supply of 10 TM-62M mines, the novelty effectively replaces the work of 10 soldiers who would have to risk their lives installing mines manually.

The system uses an onboard signal repeater to maintain communication, allowing it to move freely across the battlefield up to 10 km and return to base.

The automated mining system represents a significant shift in modern warfare. By eliminating the need for human soldiers to manually install mines, it reduces risk and increases efficiency.
