Crews of coastal missile systems (BRK) "Bal" and "Bastion" in the Kola Peninsula conducted a planned exercise to destroy naval strike groups of a mock enemy in the Barents Sea. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense.

According to the training scenario, a mock enemy was preparing to launch a missile strike on the coastal infrastructure of the Northern Fleet. After receiving the combat mission, the "Bal" and "Bastion" crews marched from their permanent deployment point to the training position area.

Upon receiving target designation, the system crews performed an electronic launch at a target simulating a group of ships of a mock enemy and located at a distance of about 300 km. Objective control means confirmed the accurate operation of the coastal missile systems
