Legendary Minsk motorcycles to be produced in Russia

The first Minsk motorcycles will be assembled at a factory in the Smolensk region in December

In December 2025, the assembly of legendary motorcycles, previously produced under the Minsk brand, will begin at a factory in Vyazma (Smolensk region). The first production models will be the Ranger 200 and Hunter 150, designed for use in forestry and other conditions requiring increased cross-country ability.

A meeting in the format of a video conference was held in Minsk on the basis of the Center for International Cooperation of the Smolensk Region. The participants discussed the joint cooperation of the Minsk MotoVeloZavod and the Vyazemsky Machine-Building Plant.

The Ranger 200 model, also known as Minsk D4-200, is equipped with a single-cylinder air-cooled engine. Its volume is 200 cm³, and the power reaches 14.3 hp. The 130 kg vehicle is equipped with a five-speed manual gearbox and a 16.5-liter fuel tank.

The basic version of the Hunter 150 (Minsk D4-150) is identical to the Ranger 200, but it is equipped with a 150 cm³ engine with a power of 12.6 hp. Both models retain the simplicity of design characteristic of classic off-road motorcycles, which ensures reliability in operation and maintainability.
