Employees of the "Gosuslugi" portal do not have the right to send applications to the Central Bank on behalf of users who have lost access to their accounts. This was reported by the press service of the Central Bank.
The regulator warns citizens about new cases of fraud. If a person has lost access to their account on "Gosuslugi" and unknown persons claim to have submitted an application to the Bank of Russia on their behalf, you need to stop any interaction with them.
