JSC "Reshetnev" has completed the development of automatic optical inspection technology for testing radio-electronic equipment (REE) units. This system helps specialists assess the quality of soldered joints and the correct installation of elements.
The technology development process lasted more than a year. The machine vision system automates the search for errors, minimizing the impact of human factors on processes.
The system includes several video cameras, the data from which are analyzed using image processing algorithms. The product is compared with a digital twin, and when a defect is detected, the system signals an error. The technology is planned to be actively used at the enterprise, including in the production of devices for satellites of various classes.
