The number of leaks in the past year has significantly increased compared to previous periods.
In 2023, Roskomnadzor recorded 168 personal data leaks, with approximately 300 million records leaked online. For comparison, in 2022, 600 million records were leaked online, and the agency registered over 140 cases of data leaks.
