AvtoVAZ plans a significant expansion of its model range, including the release of several new crossovers and cars in other segments. This was announced by company president Maxim Sokolov at a press conference following the results of 2024.
One of the main projects is the development of a mid-size Lada D-segment crossover with an all-wheel drive system. Its release is planned within the next five years, until 2030. This step confirms the company's desire to reach a new level of competition in the segment of larger and more technologically advanced cars.
AvtoVAZ is preparing to release a Lada minivan, which may appear as early as 2027. This model will become an important part of the lineup, focused on family and commercial needs.
Earlier, www1.rureported that AvtoVAZ will expand its model range: B-segment crossovers and a possible "Niva-3."
