The press service of Rostec explained how specialists of the holding "Roselectronica", which is part of the state corporation, perform leaded mounting of electronic components on printed circuit boards. Components with leads are mounted through holes in the board.
First, printed circuit boards with leaded elements undergo forming and "stuffing". Then, flux is applied to ensure a reliable connection between the components and the boards. This is followed by the soldering process, and finally, the removal of flux residues and programming.
This technology is widely used in the production of electronics for various industries and allows creating high-quality and durable products.
