The Gosuslugi portal has introduced a gamification system that allows users to earn achievements (also known as "achievements") for completing various real-life activities.
To view your achievements, go to the "Profile" section, navigate to "Documents and Data", and then select "Education" and "Olympiads and Achievements".
Among the popular achievements are: "Electronic Citizen" (ordering more than two services in 2024), "Robot is my friend" (communicating with Robot Max), "The Wisest" (for the most adult users), "Donor" (signing up for blood donation), "Football Fan" (registering for a fan ID), "Sleeping with a Clear Conscience" (subscribing to tax notifications), and "Advice and Love" (marriage proposal through the service). Achievements that have already been unlocked are highlighted.
The "Learning Traffic Rules" achievement, which is awarded for 10 or more traffic violations, has been particularly discussed. Social networks have criticized it, believing that it creates the impression of encouragement for unsafe behavior on the roads.
On December 16, 2024, Gosuslugi celebrated its 15th anniversary. The platform, launched in 2009, has evolved from a directory into a universal tool for оформление документов, registering children, retiring, and other life events.
