A gamification system has appeared on the Gosuslugi portal, allowing users to receive achievements (also known as "achievements") for performing various actions in real life.
To view your achievements, you need to go to the "Profile" section, go to "Documents and Data", and then select "Education" and "Olympiads and Achievements".
Among the popular achievements are: "Electronic Citizen" (ordering more than two services in 2024), "Robot is my friend" (communication with Robot Max), "The Wisest" (for the most adult users), "Donor" (registration for blood donation), "Football Fan" ( оформление карты болельщика), "Sleeping with a clear conscience" (subscription to tax notifications) and "Advice yes love" (marriage proposal through the service). Achievements that have already been opened are highlighted.
The "Learning Traffic Rules" achievement, which is awarded for 10 or more traffic violations, has been particularly discussed. Social networks criticized it, considering that it creates the impression of encouragement for unsafe behavior on the roads.
On December 16, 2024, Gosuslugi celebrated its 15th anniversary. The platform, launched in 2009, has evolved from a directory into a universal tool for оформление документов, registering children, retiring, and other life events.
