Rostec has handed over another batch of fifth-generation Su-57 fighters to the Russian army. The air fleet of Su-57s in service with the Russian Aerospace Forces reaches 28 - 36 units, which is approaching three full squadrons.
At least a flight of these aircraft are involved in delivering high-precision strikes against elements of anti-aircraft missile systems and command-and-control infrastructure of the enemy using multi-purpose tactical missiles Kh-59MK2, Kh-69 and Kh-58MK.
They also perform tactical radar reconnaissance of ground objects using onboard AESA-radars N036 "Belka", including AESA-arrays of the X-band N036B-1-01L/B, capable of detecting an enemy tank company on the march at a distance of up to 150 km.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the Russian "queen of infantry" BMP-2 received the universal combat module "Berezhok".
