Российской «Калинкой» ударят по сигналу Starlink: решение проблемы с БЭК и «Бабой-ягой» наконец найдено

The system can be used to calculate unmanned boats and "Baba Yaga" drones

Russia has developed the "Kalinka" monitoring system, which allows detecting and direction finding signals of satellite communication systems, including the American Starlink. It is used to calculate "Baba Yaga" drones and unmanned boats.

Andrey Bezrukov, Chairman of the Board of the Center for Unmanned Systems and Technologies, noted that the calculation of unmanned boats was carried out visually until recently.

After interaction with ANO "CUST", an improvement of this work was proposed through the Starlink terminal search system. The special direction finder "Kalinka" allows detecting an unmanned boat at a distance of up to 15 km, overtaking and hitting it with a machine gun. Small-scale production has been established, and the product is being tested in combat conditions.

"Kalinka" is installed on boats, jet skis and helicopters. The direction finder can also be used to calculate stationary Starlink communication nodes "on the ground".

Earlier www1.ru reported that the rarest BMD-3 was spotted during transportation by a tank truck, only 137 of them were produced.
