Ruzhimmash JSC has certified tank cars model 15-1232-06 on an innovative bogie with a load of 25 tf model 18-9891 for the safe transportation of nitric acid. The information appeared on the official website of Rosaccreditation.
The unique advantages of the bogie are its gentle impact on the railway infrastructure, reduced wheel flange wear, and reduced dynamic load on the side frames. In November of this year, its resource running tests were completed on the experimental ring of the All-Russian Research Institute of Railway Transport. The distance traveled under the supervision of experts is 1 million 200 thousand kilometers.
The transition to an innovative bogie is an important part of the development strategy of RM Rail. This technology is already being actively used to expand the product line.
