Artificial intelligence was used for the first time this year to collect questions for the annual press conference and "Direct Line" with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to the president's press secretary Dmitry Peskov, the technology proved to be unique and highly effective. According to him, specialists made titanic efforts to implement the GigaChat system, thanks to which, by the time the "Direct Line" is held, the president will have a complete picture of all the questions received.
Peskov recalled that millions of questions traditionally come to the "Direct Line". With the use of artificial intelligence, it will be possible to process all these questions, which will provide information about problems in different regions and cities, as well as about the age category of citizens asking questions. He emphasized the importance of this technology and announced that its refinement will be continued by Sberbank specialists in cooperation with the ONF.
The collection of questions starts on the night of December 8, and citizens will be able to ask them in the usual ways: through the call center, SMS, the website of the program "Year-end with Vladimir Putin" and through social networks.
