Will Lift More Than Half a Ton: Irbit Motorcycle Plant Resumes Production of Ural CT Motorcycles

Production of single-wheel drive city motorcycles will begin in January 2025

After relocating its facilities to Kazakhstan, the Irbit Motorcycle Plant is resuming production of single-wheel drive Ural CT motorcycles with front-wheel drive. According to Wroom.ru, production will begin in January 2025, but the specifications of these urban motorcycles with a sidecar and an 82-liter trunk can already be found on the official website.

The motorcycle with 18-inch wheels has a four-stroke, two-cylinder engine with a volume of 745 cm3 and a power of 41 hp. The curb weight of the vehicle is 365 kg, and the maximum permissible load mass is 612 kg.

The fuel tank capacity of the Ural CT is 19 liters, the reserve is about 4 liters, and the approximate fuel consumption is 7.6 liters. Its range is 260 km, and the maximum speed on the Ural CT is only 110 km/h.
