Manufacturers of radio-electronic products from the Krasnodar Territory presented components for UAVs and electronic warfare equipment at the International Forum-Exhibition "Russian Industrialist" in St. Petersburg. This was reported by the press service of the regional administration.
According to the Minister of Industrial Policy of the Krasnodar Territory, Dmitry Khmelko, over the past 2 years, enterprises of the region's industrial complex have increased the production of radio-electronic products, drones and component base for them.
In general, more than 10 manufacturers operate in the radio-electronic industry of the region. Of these, six enterprises manufacture over 15 models of drones, engines and component base – control boards, housings, screws.
The participants of the forum-exhibition became interested in the Kuban stand. Many of them highly appreciated the components for unmanned aerial systems, as well as the automated complex for suppressing communications of small aircraft.
As the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, previously reported, UAVs are being tested at a military training ground. Then they are sent to Russian military personnel.
