15 Industrial and Industrial Parks to Be Created in Omsk Oblast

More Than 3,000 Jobs to Appear in the Region

It is planned to create 15 industrial and industrial technology parks in the Omsk Oblast, thanks to which more than 3,000 jobs will appear in the region. 36 billion rubles will be spent on the implementation of the project.

 In general, our plans include attracting 170 enterprises of the Omsk Oblast to create new industrial infrastructure facilities.

The Ministry of Industry of the Omsk Oblast reported that four industrial and industrial parks are already operating in the region. It is planned to create 11 more such facilities by 2028.

The plans of the Omsk Oblast for 2025 also include attracting new residents to the Avangard special economic zone.

As of September 2024, there are 361 industrial parks, 117 industrial technology parks and 8 technology parks in the field of high technologies operating in Russia. The total volume of extra-budgetary investments invested in these technology parks amounted to 450 billion rubles.

Earlier, the Research Institute of Automatic Equipment named after Academician V.S. Semenikhin, which is part of the Roselectronica holding of the Rostec State Corporation, received the status of a technology park.
