Greece may transfer S-300 SAMs to Armenia, which plans to purchase weapons to increase its defense potential. This is according to Enikos.
The Greek Armed Forces intend to replace the S-300PMU1, Tor-M1, and Osa-AK anti-aircraft missile systems with more advanced Western technologies. This decision was made due to difficulties in maintaining the military equipment.
The publication does not specify the number of S-300 SAMs in question. At the same time, France supports Greece in the transfer of Russian systems to Armenia.
Currently, Armenia has several S-300 systems in service. The country has experience with this weapon and has the necessary spare parts.
