The "M.Video-Eldorado" Group has updated the trade-in service. Now, customers can trade in smartphones and purchase any goods in "M.Video" and "Eldorado" stores.
The service will be available nationwide from December 1, with the exception of Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad region. However, it will not be possible to hand in a broken phone. The device must be without visible damage.
The device will be checked for operability. The device assessment will take about 15 minutes. It will be carried out by employees of the group of companies using special software.
Deputy General Director of the "M.Video-Eldorado" Group, Denis Golyshev, said that it is possible to hand in not one phone, but several, and get a discount in one check for a new product.
