"T-Mobile" Launches Free "Spam Protection" Service

This is a smart blocking of unwanted calls

T-Mobile (formerly known as Tinkoff Mobile) has announced the launch of a new service called "Spam Protection." This feature allows subscribers to decide which calls they want to receive and which ones to block.

With "Spam Protection," you can filter calls from various organizations and services: advertising agencies, banks, insurance companies, microfinance organizations, delivery services, marketplaces, and taxis.

These calls will not just be blocked, but redirected to a telephone secretary. Thus, if desired, the subscriber can always track missed calls.

If a T-Mobile user makes an emergency call, for example, dials 112 or calls an ambulance, the "Spam Protection" function is temporarily disabled for 60 minutes so that the service operator can answer the call.

Earlier, T-Bank announced the start of accepting applications for participation in an experimental service to combat fraud called "Fraudster Trap." It is planned that calls from attackers will be intercepted in real time and redirected to the experiment participants.
