Опрос: россияне уверены, что в будущем нейросети смогут испытывать эмоции, но опасаются потери рабочих мест из-за ИИ

Более четверти респондентов допускают, что искусственный интеллект сможет испытывать чувства

More than a quarter of Russians believe that in the future, neural networks will be able to experience real emotions. Many users already regularly confess their love and ask personal questions to chatbots, as shown by a nationwide survey. Izvestia writes about this.

A study conducted by Kaspersky Lab showed that 42% of respondents have used neural networks at least once, and 91% believe that they cannot experience feelings. However, 27% admit that in the future, neural networks will be able to experience emotions. The development of technologies such as the virtual assistant Alice confirms this, since now AI can choose intonation depending on the context of the conversation, enhancing empathy.

Often, when using AI, people solve practical problems, such as searching for information or helping with work. In Kaspersky Lab surveys, 46% of users turn to chatbots for information, and 44% for work. However, despite this, experts remind that AI is not capable of moral assessments and creative solutions, and should only be used for routine tasks.

Nevertheless, studies show that 77% of Russians use neural networks at least several times a month, and most believe that such technologies simplify everyday tasks. Experts expect that in the future, AI will become more empathetic and will be able to recognize the emotions of the interlocutor, which will improve interaction with technologies.

But with the development of neural networks, there is also a fear that they may lead to job losses, and 43% of respondents are afraid of a machine rebellion. Psychologists note that such fears are often associated with old age, distrust of technology, or experience communicating with scammers.

Despite the general benefits, there is a risk of personal data leakage, since the information that people entrust to chatbots can be used for analysis and personalization of advertising. Experts advise to be careful with the use of AI and protect your data to avoid fraud or leaks.
