"Kurgandormash" has launched the production of the first Russian airfield vacuum cleaners AKM-9000. This was reported by the press service of the enterprise.
The device is designed to maintain runways in order.
The machine has a number of unique technical solutions:
- Picker — designed for vacuum sweeping of airport areas and anti-icing fluid for aircraft treatment.
- Magnetic plate — collects metal objects from the airfield pavement.
- High-pressure washer — keeps the gutter zones of the airfield pavement and elements of airfield structures clean.
- Blowing device — blows away debris, dust, water, snow from the airfield pavement.
- Gutter brushes — sweep debris into the central picker zone.
Earlier www1.ru reported that a UKM-2000 cleaning machine has started production in Russia.
