AvtoVAZ is considering the possibility of starting sales of LADA Iskra cars in the United Arab Emirates, but the final decision will not be made by the auto giant. This was stated to journalists in the company's press service.
According to representatives of AvtoVAZ, the formation of the model range in the United Arab Emirates is handled by partners of the domestic auto giant. It is not yet known how this process will end.
Earlier, a beta version of the LADA website was opened in the UAE. It features Granta, Vesta, Largus and Niva. In June, the head of AvtoVAZ, Maxim Sokolov, stated that the process of LADA car certification is underway in the UAE, and sales of VAZ cars will soon begin in Dubai.
As a reminder, LADA Iskra should take its place in the AvtoVAZ lineup between LADA Granta and LADA Vesta. The cost of the car is unknown, sales are likely to begin in March 2025. This is what insiders suggest.
