Russian anti-aircraft missile systems are capable of confidently withstanding American Tomahawk missiles. This point of view was expressed by retired Colonel Anatoly Matviychuk.

He acknowledged that the Tomahawk is a modern long-range weapon that is capable of reaching 2,500-3,000 kilometers from the launch site to the target location. It is mainly intended for object destruction of infrastructure elements, command posts, and military industry.

We have modern air defense systems — S-400, S-500, and various types of SAM systems — Tor, or Kub. They calmly cope with these cruise missiles, as they are quite well displayed on the screens of our monitors.
