Now they can independently select a suitable candidate from the service's database, offer them to consider the ad and move into the apartment.
"Connect", the developers assure, allows you to speed up and optimize the process of finding tenants, and tenants - save time when choosing an apartment.
To find potential tenants, the owner needs to register on the "Yandex Rent" service, indicate the address of the rented apartment, the number of rooms and the desired rental price.
After registration, online questionnaires of residents who are looking for housing similar in parameters will appear in the personal account. This will allow you to assess in advance the potential demand for renting an apartment and significantly speed up the process of finding potential tenants.
