The weight of each electric motor is 58.3 tons, the diameter is 4 m, and the height is almost 6 m. The equipment will create circulation of demineralized water in the primary circuit and ensure heat removal from the reactor core.

According to the Rosatom press service, after the completion of the installation, workers will begin tying the electric motors with pipelines and conduct acceptance tests. Then they will proceed to hydraulic tests and flushing of the first circuit of the reactor plant.
