A printed circuit board assembly laboratory will be established at the National Research Nuclear University (MEPhI). The corresponding memorandum was signed by Rector Vladimir Shevchenko and Andrey Vlasov, General Director of Fizika-Pribor LLC.
The university will provide the premises, and Fizika-Pribor will provide the equipment for the surface mount technology line for components on printed circuit boards.
Equipment to be received by MEPhI:
- stencil printer
- automatic component placement machine
- chamber and conveyor reflow oven
- ultrasonic cleaning bath
- four-channel soldering station for through-hole mounting
In the laboratory, students will learn the intricacies of the technological process, equipment setup, and working with modern materials used in mounting components in various types of packages. In the future, graduates will be able to find employment at radio electronics enterprises.
