Turkish authorities will not be able to sell the S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems (SAM) purchased from Russia without согласования with Moscow. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, commenting on information about the possible resale of the complexes to third countries.
There is a clause in arms sales contracts about the end-user certificate.
He stressed that for the resale of SAM systems, permission is required from the country that sold this weapon.
Earlier, Forbes reported that Turkey is considering selling the S-400 to India or Pakistan. Turkish media explained that Ankara, избавившись from Russian SAM systems, hopes to return to the supply program of American F-35 fighters.
