Moscow authorities have tested dynamic parking. The point is that if there is no rush at the parking lot (for example, at night), then parking will be free, and when the load is large, the cost per hour will be 800 rubles. Auto expert Maxim Kadakov assessed the idea of the capital's Department of Transportation.
They say dynamic tariffs will help relieve the city center. Maybe, maybe. There are many people in the city who can pay 2,000 rubles per hour. If we unload parking lots from those who cannot pay 800 rubles per hour, it will be clearly more convenient for people living large.
The journalist believes that the maximum parking rate will increase. The minimum bar will also probably be adjusted. People will still park there.
Let us remind you that dynamic parking will operate on Nikitsky Lane, on Tverskaya Zastava Square, on Novaya Square and Ilyinka, where there are difficulties finding parking during the day.
