The first customer complaints were received in the morning, and by 11:15 Moscow time their number exceeded 100. About 47% of users reported errors in the operation of their personal account, cancellation of orders located at pick-up points, and debiting of funds for missing goods.

Representatives of the marketplace assured customers that they would soon solve the problem.

In the near future, the order status will be updated to the correct one, after which it can be picked up as usual. Money for the return delivery of the goods will be returned as soon as possible.

It is worth noting that another failure in the operation of the online platform was noted in August of this year. Then problems arose with opening the marketplace website, paying for goods and replenishing the balance.
