Less than an hour before launch: where to watch the launch of "Soyuz MS-26" from Baikonur

Roscosmos has provided several options on social networks. In addition, for the first time, the launch will be shown on LED screens in Moscow and other cities

At the Baikonur Cosmodrome, final preparations are underway for the launch of "Soyuz MS-26": the rocket launch will take place at 19:23 Moscow time.

The crew is ready for the flight and is already inside the ship in the ложементах. The main crew is flying: cosmonauts Alexey Ovchinin and Ivan Wagner, as well as NASA astronaut Donald Pettit. This is what they looked like before entering a special elevator for delivery to the ship.

For the first time, the launch can be watched directly on the streets. The broadcast is organized by the MAER media holding and will cover major cities in Russia, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Kazan, and Vladivostok. The event can be watched in real time on street screens, allowing more than 7.5 million people to see the launch.
