The Russian military has deployed the rare Utes coastal missile system to strike at the enemy. This was reported by the Telegram channel @new_militarycolumnist.
According to open sources, two divisions of the BRK Utes were deployed in Crimea back in Soviet times. The complex was equipped with missiles with a warhead weighing about 1000 kg.
After 2014, one of the BRKs was deconserved and incorporated into the Black Sea Fleet. The missile positions are equipped in the rock, with a command post, missile storage facilities, and workshops for their preparation and refueling located underground.
All equipment, power units, cable routes, technical components, and the "products" themselves were put into operation.
