Russian assault units have successfully tested the portable "Chistyulya" system on the front line to protect soldiers from drones. This was reported by the "Roselectronica" holding (part of the "Rostec" state corporation).
Experienced military testing of the "Chistyulya" product is carried out by special units. As a result of the tests, the tactical and technical characteristics were confirmed, the work of assault groups was ensured, and the threat from enemy UAVs was significantly reduced.
The developer of the complex is continuously modernizing it. Currently, the third version of the "Chistyulya-P" product is already being produced.
"Chistyulya" completely suppresses navigation and control channels of aircraft within a radius of up to 1 km, and also blocks the transmission of photo and video data from the drone.
The complex is equipped with three types of antennas with separate frequency control, they emit a powerful omnidirectional pulse. After activation, "Chistyulya" forms a uniform signal covering the upper hemisphere within a radius of up to 1 km.
The device is a case weighing up to 8 kg and has the ability to be remotely controlled to protect the soldier from radiation and missiles attacking radio-emitting targets.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the Russian Iskander OTRK destroyed the American HIMARS MLRS with one shot. Objective control footage appeared on the Web.
