The Rostec State Corporation presented an improved Lesochek electronic warfare system at the Army-2024 forum, the company's press service reported.
Initially, the EW system was created to protect against radio-controlled explosive devices. The updated version will counter UAVs.
The Lesochek EW system is used:
- for protecting guarded persons from radio-controlled mine-explosive devices in open spaces and indoors.
- to block the reception and transmission of radio signals by "unauthorized" electronic means in order to protect confidential information at the venues of official events.
- for protecting military convoys and railway trains from radio-controlled mine-explosive devices during their movement.
Lesochek has small dimensions. This makes it possible to place it on armored vehicles, carry it in a backpack or case.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that Rostec will present new EW systems at the Army-2024 forum.
