Russian authorities may raise the recycling fee in the fall. Because of this, car prices will increase. Despite this, auto expert Artem Merenkov advised Russians not to rush to buy a new car. In his opinion, Chinese cars will not rise in price.
Many are sure that after the increase in the recycling fee, prices will skyrocket. But this is not the case at all – the Chinese have a very flexible policy and are ready to offer a discount.
The expert is sure that Chinese automakers will provide Russians with good discounts on cars and you just need to wait for them.
Earlier, automotive journalist Maxim Kadakov expressed the opinion that dealers will include the recycling fee in the cost of new cars. He recalled that its increase will affect 56% of the new car market in the country – it includes cars that are not produced in Russia.
