Russian military personnel on the front lines, thanks to the coordinated work of the Lancet-3 kamikaze drone and the Orlan-30 optoelectronic reconnaissance drone, destroyed a rare American 155 mm M198 howitzer.
The target was hit in the tactical depth of the enemy's defense, at a distance of about 20 km from the line of combat contact.
Military expert Evgeny Damantsev noted that the ballistics of the gun provide the possibility of firing ERFB-RA/BB active-rocket projectiles at a distance of up to 37 - 38 km. Thus, the operator of the Lancet-3 disabled a very scarce means of enemy barrel artillery.
