In Moscow, about 115,000 accounts of users of kick-sharing services have been blocked. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Maxim Liksutov.
Operators blocked users of personal mobility devices (PMD) for violating traffic rules and the terms of rental companies. In total, 113 thousand accounts were blocked, and another 95 thousand e-scooter drivers received fines.

It is worth noting that, in addition to imposing fines, kick-sharing companies have begun to conduct free PMD driving lessons for everyone. In Moscow, they also created a school for learning to ride e-scooters.
